Arctic Search Laboratory of Tartu University presents Yamalo-Nenets film series by Liivo Niglas. The series consists of 17 ethnographic documentaries (6-70 minutes), which follow the everyday life, traditions, rituals and work of West-Siberian reindeer herding Yamal Nenets. The material was filmed during a three month field work in the spring of 1999.
The films are accompanied by a talk between Liivo Niglas and ethnology co-professor Laur Vallikivi.
