Elektriteater 15

Elektriteater turns 15 this year! We are celebrating our big birthday with a year-long festival, during which we will screen our cinema workers’ favorite films.

The festival program has been put together by 23 current and former members of our team, each of whom chose a film that is close to their hearts or one which, in their opinion, deserves to be experienced in a cinema. The result is a festival that reflects the diverse film taste of our people and with which we celebrate not only Elektriteater’s birthday but also film in general!

In September we will move the anniversary films back into the cinema, as our autumn programme begins! The programme will feature Alan Parker’s “Pink Floyd: The Wall” (1982), the first season of John Lurie’s TV series “Fishing with John” (1991), John Fawcett’s “Ginger Snaps” (2000), Krzysztof Zanussi’s “The Structure of Crystal” (1969) and Ingmar Bergman’s “Persona” (1966).
